This beautiful area is home to several large herbivores such as Scottish Highlanders. De Maashorst nature reserve consists of woods, fens, heathland and sand drifts that are definitely worth a look. You can even view it from a great height at the watchtower Herperduin. At the foot of this tower is play forest Herperduin, where children can have fun.
